Agreement

By using Flashd, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. These terms are in addition to the Apple Standard License Agreement (EULA) and Google Play Terms of Service, as applicable to your platform.

Description of Service

Flashd is a bouldering session tracker that lets you log climbs, track progress, and connect with other climbers. We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time.

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the app.

Subscriptions

Flashd Pro is an optional auto-renewable monthly subscription that removes ads. Payment is charged to your Apple or Google account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews each month unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's account settings.

User-Generated Content

Flashd allows users to share climbing sessions, profile pictures, and display names. You are solely responsible for the content you create or share. By using the app, you agree to the following:

• You will not post obscene, offensive, hateful, or otherwise objectionable content
• You will not harass, bully, or abuse other users
• You will not impersonate other people or misrepresent your identity
• You will not use the app to distribute spam or malicious content

There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. We reserve the right to remove any content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice. Users can report objectionable content or abusive behavior through the app, and we will act on reports within 24 hours.

Content Moderation

We use automated and manual moderation to filter objectionable content. Users can block other users and report inappropriate content. Blocked users are immediately removed from your feed. Reports are reviewed and acted upon within 24 hours, including removal of offending content and ejection of the responsible user where appropriate.

Intellectual Property

The Flashd app, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Francazi Digital e.U. You retain ownership of the content you create. By using the app, you grant us a limited license to display your content within the app as necessary for the service to function.

Limitation of Liability

Flashd is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the app settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Austria. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Vienna, Austria.
